in many ways

Our mission is to support artists and the arts community by creating opportunities for artists to exhibit their work, make professional connections, learn, teach, and participate in a vibrant, creative community.

OCFA operates three galleries in Southern California that focus on SoCal artists. OCFA Showcase Gallery, adjacent to South Coast Plaza, is one of Orange County’s premier exhibition spaces. OCFA Artist Eye Gallery in Laguna Beach is one of the oldest and most prestigious galleries in a town famous as an “art colony.” The OCFA Showcase Marriott is a premiere partnership with the Orange County business community. Our three galleries feature contemporary works from prominent local Southern California artists, including painting, ceramics, prints, jewelry, photography, sculpture, glasswork, and mixed media. OCFA produces 12 to 15 exhibitions annually.
The OCFA Annex provides public art teaching space, artists’ studios, and event meeting spaces. Whether you are an artist or an art lover, OCFA has something for you!
Opportunities To Show Your Work and Be Recognized
All OCFA members who have completed the jurying process can show and sell their work in monthly exhibitions in the OCFA Showcase Gallery.
The OCFA Showcase Gallery is a volunteer-run member co-op gallery. Members are asked to perform general gallery duties for one shift (five hours) during any show in which they are an exhibitor. This is optional, and members may choose to pay a small “sitting” fee in lieu of performing gallery duties.
