What is Orange County Fine Arts?
- OCFA is a non-profit organization. An association of artists.
- OCFA was founded as Costa Mesa Art League in 1964. One of the oldest art associations in Orange County, California.
- Current location is in South Coast Village, one block north of South Coast Plaza.
- OCFA has 200+ members and growing.
- OCFA is a well-facilitated organization. It has four galleries and one artist studio.
What are the benefits in joining OCFA?
- OCFA provides sales and promotions via our Galleries and other exhibit locations.
- For emerging artists, it's a good place to start learning. Techniques in painting, sculpting, jewelry making, photography: How to display artworks; How jurying proceeds, etc.
- At our monthly meetings, well-known artists demonstrate their techniques. It's free.
- For experienced artists, their artworks can be shown at premier galleries in Laguna Beach or Santora Arts Building at an affordable fee.
- OCFA donates part of the art sales money to local schools for their art activities. You can support our young art students.
OCFA's facilities :
- Showcase Gallery. Located in the South Coast Village -- One block north of South Coast Plaza. It shows artworks of emerging and/or established artists.
- Bear Street Studio Gallery. It's annexed to Showcase Gallery and is for established artists. This gallery has studio space -- you can work and display your artwork here.
- Avantgarden. Located in "Santora Arts Building" in Santa Ana Arts District. It exhibits cutting-edge, avantgarde artworks.
- Artist Eye Laguna Gallery. Located at PCH and Cress St. It's a premier gallery for established artists at a nominal fee.
- OCFA Studio. This is an Artist's Studio annex to Showcase Gallery. There are 12 artist spaces at a very reasonable fee.
- OCFA Workshop. Learn how to create your artwork through this workshop. Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Mixed Media, Caligraphy, 3-D, etc. If you ara an experienced artist, you can be a teacher in this Workshop -- an opportunity to publicize yourself and your artwork.
Flyer Inserts in OCFA's Newsletter:
OCFA sends advertisements and flyers through its newsletter to our 200+ members. It's a very efficient and inexpensive way to market your service and/or products to various artists. Please contact Max Yamada for details.

- Art Associations flyers : $35
